The main aim of the program is to help analysts, scientists and researchers in their work than a commercial product, so many times 'Molarify' will be in a free subscription bundle for all users to try and provided by its features freely, and if there is a subscription fee, it will be minimal for the effort done to produce this work. RIGHT TO USE

Subject to and in consideration of Licensee’s full compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA and Licensee’s payment of applicable licensee fees, Molarify hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, limited and revocable right and license to install and use Molarify application.

Molarify main website is designed exclusively for software downloads, updates, and supplementary information. Visitors are not required to create an account or log in. Molarify Applicaton web site is the main web application where users will found all application functions and features. In Molarify main web site, users can receive updates about new releases, and subscribe to Molarify web application for a specified period, indicating the start and expiry dates of the subscription. Additionally, users can stay updated by providing their email address in the "follow" section to receive all the latest information and updates directly to their inbox. The user is permitted to use the web application "Molarify Application" by accessing it using an log in user account that will be provided by permission to use Molarify web application obtained either for free through promotional offers or by purchasing a subscription plan with limited start and expiry dates only from the official website of 'Molarify'.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on this Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Molarify application is available under two types of subscriptions: a free subscription and a purchased subscription. 

 

Free Subscription: This subscription is available for a period identified by the website and requires a free user account login information , which is provided exclusively by the official website.

 

Purchased Subscription: Users choose a purchased subscription, the duration which the user aacount will have permission to used the web application and this duration will to be selected by the user. This is a prepaid subscription; upon payment, users will receive a confirmation email activating their user account to use the web application "Molarify".

 

After the subscription period ends, the user account will be unable to access the web application functions unless the user purchases a new subscription period. Renewal of subscriptions is not automatic and requires explicit action from the user.

 

Returns and Refunds: Users have the right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund of the payment issued for the subscription process at any time before receiving the confirmation email of accessing the application. 
Once the confirmation email for activating the application and give the user the permission to use the application services, no returns, no cancellations, or refunds will be permitted. This policy ensures that our services are fairly used and that the process of subscription and activation is clear and final once the activation email is sent.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, users acknowledge and accept these subscription, return, and refund policies.

USER LIMITATIONS:

The licensor has the right to stop providing new subscriptions or user accounts to any user who fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this EULA.

SUPPORT

Molarify is not obligated under this agreement to provide any support services for Molarify application.
The application is provided "as is," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. The Licensor hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the application, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Molarify is not responsible for users who purchase a subscription for the application and use it on a non-compatible operating system, web browser or device. Compatible operating systems and platforms is identified in the website before subscribing to the service.

 

Once the activation email for confirming the use of the application services has been sent by the website, either directly or via email, no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted. This policy ensures that our services are fairly used and that the process of subscription and activation is clear and final once the confirmation email is sent. Users must wait until the subscription period ends before they can choose not to renew their subscription for another period.

 

In the event that the user causes damage to the application or disability to use the application, resulting in the application not starting or working, Molarify shall not be responsible. In such cases, the user is required to contact the website for help and follow available the instructions until problem solution if possbile.
